Job Description

• Coordinate and support the department in accordance with Crisis Management Plans, Business Continuity Plans, and Disaster Recovery Plans.
• Maintain Crisis Management Plans and Business Continuity Plans according to company standards.
• Coordinate review, maintenance, and testing of Business Continuity Plans to ensure they remain valid and effective.
• Coordinate review, maintenance, and testing of IT Disaster Recovery Plans for core infrastructure, working with IT teams.
• Maintain management reports on the status of all Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans.
• Promote awareness of Business Continuity policies, standards, and procedures across the organization.
• Collaborate closely with IT Vendor Management and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Significant experience in Business Continuity, preferably in financial services.
• Experience working with IT teams on Disaster Recovery processes.
• Certifications such as MBCI, CBCP, or similar.
• Knowledge of ISO 22301 and international standards.
• Experience in crisis and incident management.
• Ability to develop and maintain Business Continuity plans.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements like DORA.
