Your Responsibilities
• Support lead generation and prospecting for new client opportunities.
• Help drive outreach campaigns to engage potential clients in the tech, data, and cybersecurity space.
• Research market trends, competitors, and target accounts to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate and participate in weekly business development and strategy sessions with the CEO.
• Contribute to building the company brand through content ideas, social media activity, and networking.
• Track and update the CRM/recruitment software with client and candidate interactions.
• Prepare reports and insights for the senior team to inform decision-making.


What We Expect From You
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (completed or in progress) with strong academic results.
• Fluent in English
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills - you enjoy connecting with people.
• Proactive, organized, and able to take ownership of projects.
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn about startups, sales, and recruitment.
• No prior business development experience required - we’ll teach you everything you need.
