    Job Title: Business Development Manager
    We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our Sales team and drive growth across targeted regions. Reporting to the Head of Sales, this full-time role requires minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development or sales and a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

    Location:
    The ideal candidate is based in Continental Europe and able to work in EU time zones. Responsibilities include developing market strategies, identifying new client opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and building strong customer relationships. This role also involves negotiating contracts, collaborating with internal teams, and representing the company at industry events.

    Job Functions:
    • Develop and implement market strategies for the assigned country/region.
    • Conduct in-depth market research to identify growth opportunities, customer segments, and emerging trends.
    • Identify and target new customer prospects through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and industry events.
    • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
    • Develop compelling proposals and presentations to win new business.
    • Execute outbound calling, email campaigns, and other inside sales tactics to identify and engage potential customers.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide excellent customer experiences.
    • Track and report sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress using the CRM system.
    • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals for the assigned country/region.
    • Negotiate contract terms and agreements with potential clients.
    • Develop partnerships or collaborations to extend the company's reach.
    • Drive client success by boosting product usage and maintaining regular customer interactions.
    • Travel within the region as needed to meet clients, attend industry events, and conduct market research.

    Necessary Skills and Experiences:
    • Must be based in Continental Europe and able to work full-time within EU time zones (CET, WET, or EET).
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3–5 years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in international markets or with regional focus.
    • Experience in payments and financial services is a plus.
    • Fluent in English (written, spoken - upper intermediate).
    • Proven ability to conduct detailed market analysis, identify emerging trends, and develop strategic go-to-market plans.
    • Strong skills in creating and delivering compelling business proposals and sales presentations.
    • Experience in contract negotiation and closing deals that align with company objectives.
    • Ability to work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and high levels of client satisfaction.
    • Willingness to travel within the assigned region for client meetings, market research, and events (as needed).
