This is a dynamic role perfect for someone who thrives in business development and lead generation within the construction and commercial cleaning industry. You’ll be the driving force behind expanding the company’s commercial footprint by leveraging cutting-edge platforms like Building Connected to identify and secure high-value construction cleaning projects. This position combines strategic business development, relationship building, and digital marketing to generate substantial growth opportunities. You’ll work directly with construction companies, builders, and commercial property managers to establish long-term partnerships and secure profitable cleaning contracts that significantly impact the company’s bottom line.

• Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.


Responsibilities


• Master and utilize Building Connected software to identify and pursue lucrative construction cleaning opportunities
• Create compelling estimates and competitive quotes for post-construction cleaning projects
• Develop and execute lead generation strategies targeting construction companies and commercial builders
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the construction industry
• Manage social media marketing campaigns to promote cleaning services and attract commercial clients
• Conduct strategic outreach to potential commercial clients through multiple channels
• Research and evaluate alternative software platforms to maximize lead generation potential
• Network effectively within construction industry events and online communities


Requirements


• Proven experience with Building Connected software
• Demonstrated ability to create accurate, competitive estimates and service quotes
• Excellent networking and relationship-building skills with construction professionals
• Experience in social media marketing and digital lead generation
• Deep understanding of construction industry workflows, timelines, and requirements
• Outstanding communication skills for client presentations and relationship management
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and drive results
