As an industrial engineer, you will sell structural analysis software that makes people enjoy structural analysis. You will be the point of contact for prospective customers and will accompany them from the initial consultation to the creation of suitable offers and the successful implementation of our solutions. At the same time, you will maintain and expand existing customer relationships. You will inform our customers about new products, events, and promotions via telephone, email, and online meetings. Your sales efforts will contribute to the sustainable growth of our company.

That’s You

  • Degree in structural engineering, architecture, mechanical engineering, or industrial engineering (construction)
  • Experience in technical sales and enjoyment in communicating with others (preferred)
  • Strong rhetorical skills, confident manner, clear and concise expression
  • Success-oriented, committed, eager to learn
  • Very good German (C1) and good English (B2), both written and spoken

Your Contribution to Success

  • Become a partner for our customers: Provide comprehensive advice on our structural analysis software, demonstrate advantages, and convert prospects into customers. Analyze customer requirements and develop tailored solutions via phone, email, or online meetings (no external sales).
  • Successful offer management: Create customized offers, follow up, and conduct negotiations to find optimal solutions for both sides.
  • Build and maintain your customer base: Develop long-term relationships, keep customers informed about new products, events, and promotions.
  • Path to sales professionalism: Work with warm leads, utilize professional scripts, and participate in weekly best practice sessions with the sales team.
