    General Summary and Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

    We are seeking a high-impact Business Finance Lead to serve as the strategic finance partner for our Operations and Continuous Improvement teams, with growing influence across Commercial Strategy. This role will own financial leadership for key business functions, driving performance, enabling strategic decision-making, and helping shape the future of our finance organization. The ideal candidate is a seasoned finance professional with strong business acumen, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for operational excellence.

    This is a remote role with occasional travel to manufacturing sites or team meetings as needed.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Strategic Business Partnership: Act as the primary finance partner for Operations, Supply Chain, and CI teams, providing insights and guidance to drive performance and efficiency.
    • Financial Leadership: Own planning, forecasting, and performance management for assigned functions; lead financial reviews and scenario planning.
    • Cost & Value Optimization: Identify and lead initiatives to improve cost structure, productivity, and ROI across manufacturing and supply chain.
    • Commercial Finance Support: Partner with Commercial teams on pricing strategy, margin analysis, and customer profitability as the role evolves.
    • Cross-Functional Influence: Collaborate with BI, Controllership, and functional leaders to align financial goals with business strategy.
    • Strategic Projects: Lead or support initiatives such as footprint optimization, capital investment planning, and enterprise transformation.
    • Executive Insights: Deliver clear, actionable insights to senior leadership to inform strategic decisions and long-range planning.
    • Process Improvement: Drive enhancements in financial processes, tools, and reporting infrastructure.

    Requirements

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
    • 10+ years of progressive finance experience with 3-5 years in FP&A, operations finance, or strategic finance roles.
    • Strong financial modeling, scenario planning, and business case development skills.
    • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP), Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
    • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives.
    • Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.

    Preferred Attributes

    • Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or commercial finance environments.
    • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
    • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, collaborative approach.

    • You’ve helped evolve the FP&A function into a proactive, insight-driven business partner team.
    • You’ve demonstrated leadership, ownership, and strategic thinking—positioning yourself for future growth within the organization.
