For our client, a leading multinational technology company specialising in internet-related services and products, we are currently seeking an Business Program Manager (m/f/d) for a temporary assignment based in Munich.

As a Business Program Manager, you will independently lead project and program management activities throughout the full lifecycle, from strategy through execution. You will be responsible for managing cross-functional initiatives, aligning stakeholders, and driving business outcomes. Your work will span multiple teams, with a focus on cloud adoption, customer engagement, and enabling strategic growth across a portfolio of high-impact programs.
Own end-to-end project lifecycle and delivery
Create project roadmaps, define deliverables, and track execution against milestones.
Identify risks and mitigation strategies; conduct full risk assessments
Ensure compliance with privacy and data governance policies
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Strategic Accounts, Google Cloud Customer Experience, Product Areas, and Go-to-Market teams
Lead the strategy aligned with advancing customer relationships, cloud consumption, and deal progression
Collaborate with product and service experts to influence customer-centric solutions
Establish scalable and sustainable processes
Identify areas for automation and process optimization
Promote adoption and continuous improvement across teams
Conduct deep-dive analysis and generate strategic recommendations
Develop and monitor program KPIs and OKRs; use insights to guide actions and communicate impact to executive leadership
Design and lead customer engagement strategies for high-value accounts
Partner with customer-facing teams to enhance satisfaction, retention, and value realization
Support sales enablement, strategic missions, and consulting engagements
Deliver compelling communications to stakeholders at all levels
Create and present executive-level reports and proposals
Influence decisions through consultative and storytelling approaches
5+ years of experience in:
Program management, customer engagement, or enterprise sales
Sales operations, consulting, or strategic initiatives
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Proven experience managing cross-functional programs in a cloud or technology environment
Experience working directly with executive-level stakeholders
