About the Role

We are looking for a C++ Developer to join a fast-growing digital asset trading firm. You will work on developing and enhancing trading systems that process millions of transactions across multiple centralized and decentralized platforms globally. These systems are primarily written in Python and C++, and the role offers the opportunity to tackle challenging technical problems at scale.


Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain trading system infrastructure in Python and C++.
• Collaborate with traders, middle office, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and design solutions.
• Deploy and support system components in a live production environment.
• Troubleshoot system issues and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in system design discussions, code reviews, and team brainstorming sessions.


Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, writing clean, maintainable, and performant code.
• 3+ years of experience in both Python and C++.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Ability to balance delivering robust, testable code with rapid deployment of new features.
• Excellent communication skills for articulating software concepts and designs.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Interest in finance and digital assets is desirable.
