Job Responsibilities

• Independent calculation in the field of civil engineering and road construction
• Support of colleagues in challenging projects in building construction / civil engineering as well as in turnkey construction
• Participation in project selection and acquisition
• Evaluate customer inquiries and advise management on the selection of projects to be processed
• Contact person for our customers in the offer phase
• Develop various quotation variants and special proposals in cooperation with work preparation and project management
• Recognize and evaluate opportunities and risks
• Lead the final costing meeting before submitting the bid with management, project management, and work preparation
• Participation in order negotiations with management and project management
• Review of contracts with regard to agreed services, unit prices, and discounts
• Consulting and support of our customers in technical questions

Your Profile

• Completed civil engineering studies (University of applied sciences / technical university / university) or comparable technical education
• Several years of professional experience in costing
• Experienced handling of costing software, ideally RIB iTwo
• Practical experience in construction execution
• Team and communication skills
• Flexibility and customer orientation
• Confident handling of the MS Office package, especially Excel
