Overview

You will be responsible for the costing of challenging projects in building construction / civil engineering as well as the support of colleagues in turnkey construction. You will be involved in the selection and acquisition of projects. You evaluate customer inquiries and advise the management on the selection of projects to be processed. You are the contact person for our customers in the bidding phase. You work out different offer variants and special proposals in cooperation with the work preparation department and the project management. You identify opportunities and risks and evaluate them. You will lead the final costing meeting with the management, the project management and the work preparation department before submitting the offer. You take part in contract negotiations with the management and the project management. You review contracts with regard to agreed services, unit prices and discounts. You advise and support our customers in technical matters.

Your Profile

• Completed civil engineering studies (FH / TU / Uni) or comparable technical training
• Several years of professional experience in costing
• Experienced handling of costing software, ideally RIB iTwo
• Practical experience in construction execution
• Team and communication skills
• Flexibility and customer orientation
• Fun in the coordinatin of complex processes
• Confident handling of the MS Office package, especially Excel
