Description

The recordings should reflect realistic customer-agent interactions, including general inquiries, customer support, sales, troubleshooting, and similar topics. Please note: AI-generated or synthetic recordings will not be accepted — only genuine human conversations are required.


Project Details

This is an ongoing long-term project with a requirement of over 5,000+ hours of recordings in each language. To begin, we will first need a sample recording for quality evaluation before moving forward with bulk purchasing.
