📞 Call Center Freelancer (German-Speaking) – 5–10 Hours per Week



About us:
We are a marketing agency specialized in the fitness and health industry. Our main focus is generating new members for gyms across Germany through online marketing campaigns and other lead sources.


Your role:
We are looking for a motivated freelancer to support us with outbound calls to leads.
The leads come from our marketing campaigns (e.g. online inquiries), but also from former members or past prospects of our clients. Your main task will be to contact these leads in a friendly and professional way, answer simple questions, and book appointments at the gym.


Responsibilities:

• Outbound calls to leads from marketing campaigns and other sources (e.g. former members, prospects)
• Scheduling appointments for trial sessions, consultations, or info events
• Answering basic questions about the gym (information will be provided)
• Documenting calls in CRM/Excel


Requirements:

• Fluent German (native level or C2) is a must
• Experience in call centers, sales, or customer service is a plus
• Friendly and convincing voice, empathy on the phone
• Reliable, structured, and self-organized work style
• Stable internet connection and proper phone/headset equipment


Details:

• Workload: approx. 5–10 hours per week (flexible scheduling)
• 100% remote (home office)
• Fair hourly payment (to be agreed)
