What you'll do

Manage the daily operations and user growth of Bitget Card, including card issuance, activation, transactions, and retention.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase card usage and enhance brand awareness.
Analyze user behavior and transaction data to optimize operational strategies, improve conversion rates, and boost user engagement.
Collaborate with payment institutions, issuing banks, and partners to ensure smooth business operations.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations for product and operational improvements.
Coordinate with internal teams including Product, Marketing, and Customer Service to ensure efficient execution of operational projects.

What you'll need

Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Finance, Marketing, or International Trade.
3+ years of experience in operations within financial cards, payment, cryptocurrency, or related fields.
Solid understanding of bank cards, virtual cards, or crypto cards, including their business models and compliance requirements.
Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities, with proficiency in English as a working language.
Experience in card product operations at leading fintech companies or crypto exchanges is a strong plus.
