    Overview

    This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Channel Development Manager located in Germany. The Channel Development Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with channel partners, developing and executing business plans, and driving channel sales in Germany and nearby countries. Daily tasks will include account management, partner engagement, and sales strategy implementation.

    Qualifications

    • Experience in Channel Sales, Account Management, and working with Channel Partners
    • Strong skills in Business Planning and Sales strategy
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Energetic and fearless person with a positive attitude who wants to create success through new alliances
    • Proven track record of driving sales growth and developing successful partner relationships
    • Ability to work independently and within a team (Colleagues based in Nordics, Sweden)
    • Willingness and flexibility to travel within Germany, as well as home office work.
    • We are happy to see applicants from the Berlin area, but this is not a requirement
    • For the right candidate, there is an opportunity to, together with the management team, lead our continued expansion within the DACH region.
    • Experience in the areas of Unified Communication and collaboration, IT security, IT networks or similar is an advantage
    • Language: Native German in speech and writing. Fluent English speech and writing.
