    📍 Location: Remote from Norway or on-site in Copenhagen (We expect quarterly travel if you aren’t Copenagen-based)

As our Channel Partner Manager, you’ll be the one helping to shape our partner ecosystem from the ground up, building relationships, driving growth, and helping organisations across the country protect their people in a simpler, more effective way.

    🎯 Your mission Your goal will be to build and scale Moxso’s partner network in Norway, recruiting, enabling, and activating the right partners to expand our reach, drive revenue, and deliver impact for customers.

    Here’s how you’ll make it happen🔍
    • Acquire and qualify high-potential partners
      • Identify and recruit consulting firms, MSP’s, and agencies aligned with Moxso’s mission.
      • Ensure our partners demonstrate strong market fit, the necessary technical skills, and dedication to mutual business success.
      • Bring new energy into the Norwegian market with partners motivated to deliver Moxso-powered solutions.

    • Enable, support, and collaborate
      • Build onboarding and enablement plans that set partners up for success.
      • Equip partners with resources, toolkits, and ready-to-use playbooks, while also developing our own tailored playbook.
      • Work closely with Frederik Kristoffersen Director of GTM & the partner team to ensure strategy and execution are aligned across the Nordics.

    • Drive pipeline and co-selling
      • Co-create business plans with partners and deliver measurable results.
      • Work hand-in-hand with partners to generate pipeline and close deals.
      • Collaborate with Moxso’s sales team to ensure mutual wins and impact on revenue.

    • Activate GTM with partners
      • Plan and execute joint go-to-market campaigns, events, and webinars with our Marketing team.
      • Leverage workshops and content to boost visibility and demand.
      • Keep partners engaged with regular updates and relationship-building.

    • Champion feedback and continuous improvement
      • Act as the voice of Norwegian partners inside Moxso.
      • Feed market and partner insights into our evolving partner program.
      • Help shape the foundations of our Nordic partner strategy.

    ✅ What you bring
    • 5–7+ years in channel or partnership management, a plus if it’s in tech or cybersecurity.
    • Proven track record of developing, enabling, and growing high-performing partners.
    • Deep knowledge of the Norwegian market and cultural dynamics.
    • Fluency in Norwegian and English (strict requirement).
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
    • Comfortable in a fast-moving, hyper-growth environment. Experience in this is also a plus.
