I am currently partnering with a leading manufacturing organization undergoing a significant digital and data transformation. They are seeking a Chief Data Officer (CDO) to join their executive leadership team and spearhead the company’s data strategy. This is a pivotal role for someone who can combine strategic vision with hands-on leadership to unlock the value of data across the enterprise.

The Opportunity

As CDO, you will be responsible for defining and executing the company’s data strategy , ensuring data becomes a core enabler of operational excellence, innovation, and growth. This is not just about governance—it’s about driving business impact through advanced analytics, AI, and Industry 4.0 technologies .

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an enterprise-wide data strategy aligned with business objectives. Establish governance frameworks to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
• Analytics & Insights:
• Lead initiatives in predictive analytics, machine learning, and IoT-driven insights to optimize manufacturing processes, supply chain efficiency, and customer experience.
• Technology & Architecture:
• Oversee the design of scalable data platforms and integration with ERP, MES, and other core systems.
• Leadership & Culture:
• Build and lead a high-performing data team. Champion a culture of data literacy and evidence-based decision-making across the organization.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven track record in data leadership roles , ideally within manufacturing or industrial sectors.
• Expertise in data governance, analytics, and emerging technologies (AI, IoT, cloud).
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate data strategy into measurable business outcomes.
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
