Role Responsibilities

• This is a full-time remote role for a CEO in the BioTech industry, based in the Australia.
• The CEO will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operations of the company, including finance, operations management, business planning, sales, and strategic planning.
• Key duties include developing and executing business strategies, managing company resources, fostering relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring the overall growth and profitability of the company.

Required Qualifications

• Finance and Operations Management skills
• Business Planning and Strategic Planning experience
• Strong Sales and Business Development capabilities
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills
• Proven track record in executive management roles
• Experience in the BioTech or Industrial industry is a plus
• Relevant advanced degree preferred, such as MBA or related field

Compensation

• Base : €325K / yr - OTE : €6500K / yr
• Base : 50% OTE - Variable : 50% OTE
• Fixed pay : Base salary - Variable pay : Bonus + Commission + Profit sharing + Common shares (Equity)
