We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the finance function of a fast-growing international technology company.
The CFO will be a key member of the leadership team, driving financial strategy, operational excellence, and scalable processes to support rapid global expansion. This individual will be both a strategic partner and a hands-on operator, capable of building robust systems, leading a diverse team, and ensuring strong governance across all financial operations.


Location: Limassol, Cyprus (Hybrid)


Key Responsibilities
• Provide strong financial and functional leadership with responsibility for overall financial strategy, structure, and governance.
• Lead the finance function, ensuring compliance with accounting policies, standards, and best practices.
• Build and oversee robust budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes to deliver actionable insights into profitability and performance.
• Safeguard the accuracy and integrity of the balance sheet, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Drive improved data usage, productivity, and cost reduction measures across the organization.
• Enhance operational efficiency by addressing areas of inefficiency, high cost, or low productivity.
• Develop financial KPIs, metrics, and performance-tracking mechanisms to guide decision-making.
• Evaluate acquisition targets, including financial strength, integration potential, and reliability of financial and operational processes.
• Promote a culture of proactive, continuous improvement within the finance team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure major business decisions are financially sound and aligned with strategic goals.

Professional Background:
• Proven CFO with 5+ years’ experience leading finance in fast-paced, international organizations.
• Demonstrated success in scaling businesses within entrepreneurial or high-growth environments.
• Strong track record of implementing and championing digital tools and ERP systems.
• Experience managing geographically dispersed teams.
• Formal accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent) is required.
• Degree-level education or higher.
