Your mission


The MeinAuto & Mobility Concept Group is looking for a visionary and experienced leader to take on the role of Chief Information Officer (CIO) . In this strategic position, you will drive the IT agenda for two dynamic and fast-growing companies in the mobility and leasing space – MeinAuto GmbH and Mobility Concept GmbH – while aligning with the global IT vision of our parent company, Mobilize Lease&Co .
Your primary workplace will be our modern office in Cologne , with occasional business travel to our locations in Oberhaching (near Munich) and Leipzig .


Your Role:
As CIO, you will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive IT strategy across our B2C and B2B services. You will ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and technological innovation across all platforms – from cloud-native eCommerce to regulated financial IT systems.
Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute an integrated IT strategy aligned with business and global IT objectives
• Drive digital transformation, process optimization, and innovation initiatives
• Oversee IT operations, infrastructure, application management, and cybersecurity
• Ensure compliance with BAIT, ZAIT, DORA, ISO 27001, GDPR, and ITIL standards
• Lead the implementation of an Information Security Management System (ISMS)
• Modernize and optimize the IT landscape, including cloud and legacy systems
• Foster a high-performing IT organization of 40+ employees using agile, DevOps, and DevSecOps practices
• Manage stakeholder communication and align IT priorities with business goals
• Promote continuous improvement, talent development, and a collaborative culture
Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 10+ years of IT leadership experience in a multinational environment (financial, automotive, or mobility sector)
• Proven success in digital transformation and managing complex IT programs
• Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks (BAIT, ZAIT, DORA, ISO 27001)
• Strong technical expertise: cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), software architecture (Java, PHP, Python), low/no-code tools (Airtable, N8N)
• Solid knowledge in cybersecurity, data protection, risk and compliance
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Qlik, Looker) and AI/ML is a plus
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in both German and English
