We are an early-stage startup funded by leading European VCs with the mission to build advanced small Unmanned Systems to strengthen European sovereignty and security. Our focus is on UAV platforms and ground control systems, with plans to expand into maritime, ground, and multi-domain defense systems.

What we’re looking for
We’re hiring a Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO across finance, fundraising, strategy, and operations. This is a broad, hands-on role designed for someone who wants to help build a company from the ground up. You’ll provide leverage to the CEO, ensure priorities are executed, and take ownership of high-impact projects across the business.

The day-to-day

• Support the CEO in fundraising and investor relations, including materials, pipeline management, and due diligence.
• Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A): budgets, burn tracking, and scenario modeling.
• Prepare and coordinate board materials and investor updates.
• Drive cross-functional projects across engineering, commercial, and operations to keep the company aligned and moving fast.
• Set up and improve core processes in finance, HR, and legal as the company scales.
• Act as a thought partner and execution arm for the CEO on strategic initiatives.

You should apply if you

• Have 2+ years of experience in consulting, finance, VC/PE, or in an operational role at a startup.
• Are fluent in financial modeling, budgeting, and strategic communication.
• Communicate clearly and concisely - in writing, slides, and in person.
• Are comfortable operating in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
• Want to be deeply involved in building a European defense technology company from an early stage.

Nice to haves

• Experience with venture fundraising or investor relations.
• Prior exposure to defense, aerospace, or dual-use technologies.
• Familiarity with European corporate/legal structures.
