As Chief of Staff, you work directly with our two CEOs. You support us in driving forward strategic initiatives, optimizing internal processes, and scaling our company efficiently. You bring structure, think entrepreneurially, and help ensure that important topics are not only discussed — but actually executed.

• Strategic Initiatives: You lead and implement cross-functional projects that have a direct impact on our growth and scalability.
• Operational Excellence: You identify inefficiencies, build scalable processes, and continuously improve how we operate internally.
• Communication & Alignment: You ensure that strategic priorities are clearly communicated and consistently executed across all teams.
• Analysis & Decision Support: You provide data-driven insights and clear structures that enable fast, informed decision-making at the leadership level.

• You've worked in startups or VC-driven environments — you're comfortable with speed, ambiguity, limited resources, and constant change.
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset — you're not afraid to take on tasks outside your formal role if it drives progress.
• You bring strong execution power and project management skills — you manage complex projects independently and know how to use the right tools.
• You take full ownership and act proactively — you anticipate challenges and solve them before they escalate.
• You're flexible and curious, and you enjoy diving into a wide range of topics.
• You communicate clearly and positively — whether written or spoken, internally or externally.
• You know how to inspire and mobilize others around you.

• You have a background in consulting, especially in strategy.
• You're able to support the team with pitch decks or during due diligence processes.
• You understand cap tables, VC dynamics, and key startup metrics.
• You bring experience in People/HR or organizational development.
• You're comfortable reading and challenging budgets, forecasts, and unit economics.
