Position Summary
We are seeking a Chief of Staff to work directly with our CEO. This is a critical role that ensures alignment across executive priorities, drives strategic execution, and enhances operational effectiveness across the company. The ideal candidate is a sharp thinker, confident operator, and trusted partner who can manage complex projects and sensitive dynamics with discretion, decisiveness, and diplomacy.


Key Responsibilities
Strategic Support & Execution
• Drive execution of the CEO’s top priorities, ensuring accountability, alignment, and timely progress.
• Translate strategic vision into action by coordinating cross-functional initiatives and monitoring progress toward key milestones.


Internal Leadership Enablement
• Prepare CEO for monthly business reviews and board meetings through briefings, pre-reads, and presentation support.
• Manage internal communication and follow-through on CEO-led decisions with the leadership team.
• Attend leadership meetings, synthesize key outcomes, and ensure effective follow-up.


Special Projects & Business Operations
• Lead or support high-impact, cross-company initiatives.
• Help maintain internal clarity around objectives, metrics, and expectations across departments.
• Manage the CEO’s calendar.


Governance & Rhythm of the Business
• Own the cadence of executive planning cycles (e.g., monthly business reviews, strategic offsites).
• Build and maintain a consistent operating rhythm across the executive team.
• Establish clear workflows for agenda planning, executive decisions, and cross-team collaboration.


Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive experience in consulting with a top tier firm, corporate strategy, operations, or Chief of Staff roles; startup or founder experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or similar advanced degree is preferred.
• Highly coachable and responsive to feedback
• Resilient under pressure, with experience in long-hour, high-stakes environments
• Strong business acumen with the ability to synthesize complex information and communicate clearly.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and can operate with incomplete information
• Polished and persuasive—knows how to read a room and build executive trust
• Strong interpersonal EQ, having built credibility with senior stakeholders early in their career
• Exceptional organizational skills, project management discipline, and attention to detail.
