Security Audit Lead

We're seeking a seasoned Security Audit Lead to spearhead our product cybersecurity audit framework. As the go-to expert, you'll be responsible for designing and managing this critical initiative, ensuring its global implementation and continuous improvement.

This role involves planning, coordinating, and leading audits across all product divisions and sites worldwide, with a focus on high-priority and complex audits. You will also lead and guide other auditors, defining audit scopes, reviewing findings, and maintaining consistency in execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and manage the global product cybersecurity audit framework, driving continuous improvement through data-driven insights.
• Plan, coordinate, and lead audits globally, with a focus on high-priority and complex products.
• Lead and guide other auditors, providing mentorship and support to ensure successful execution of audits.
• Evaluate secure development processes, threat/risk analyses, software update mechanisms, vulnerability and incident handling, and SBOM/HBOM practices.

Requirements

• University degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar field.
• 7+ years of experience in product cybersecurity or secure product development.
• In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity standards (IEC 62443, ISO 27001) and their application to complex technical products.
