INSEGA, incubated by New Digital Intelligence, is a startup dedicated to transforming education through cutting-edge AI solutions. The product leverages Generative AI (LLMs) to grade exams, tests, and homework, offering features like AI-suggested corrections, support for all assignment types, and both web and mobile app access. It ensures data protection, GDPR compliance, and aims for higher quality, efficiency, and cost optimization while providing fair, transparent, and objective evaluation. As a company in its formative stages, we are looking for a strategic and entrepreneurial leader to join the founding team as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) & Co-Founder.

As the CRO & Co-Founder, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing a comprehensive revenue strategy while actively contributing to the company’s vision and growth. This position demands a proactive, hands-on approach, a strong entrepreneurial mindset, and a willingness to invest time into the business.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Execute Revenue Strategy:
    • Create a robust and scalable revenue model encompassing sales, partnerships, and customer success.
    • Design go-to-market strategies that prioritize quick adoption of the product while aligning with long-term business objectives.
  2. Build and Lead the Sales Function:
    • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team capable of meeting ambitious growth targets.
    • Develop and implement effective sales processes, including pipelines, forecasting, and performance metrics.
    • Foster a results-driven team culture focused on accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  3. Identify and Secure Strategic Partnerships:
    • Cultivate and negotiate high-value partnerships with educational institutions, EdTech companies, and other key stakeholders.
    • Explore innovative collaboration opportunities that amplify brand visibility and revenue generation.
  4. Guide Product Development Through Market Insights:
    • Leverage feedback from customers and industry trends to influence product roadmaps and ensure alignment with market needs.
    • Act as a bridge between clients and the product team, prioritizing features that drive adoption and customer satisfaction.
  5. Collaborate Across Teams for Business Alignment:
    • Partner with marketing to craft compelling campaigns that position the company as a leader in the education sector and drive customer acquisition.
    • Work with operations to streamline onboarding and customer success processes, maximizing satisfaction and retention.
  6. Drive Business Expansion and Revenue Growth:
    • Analyze competitive landscapes and emerging market opportunities to refine sales and revenue strategies.
    • Secure new business deals, overseeing the sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing and renewal.
  7. Contribute as a Co-Founder:
    • Take an active role in shaping the company’s vision, culture, and strategy.
    • Commit significant time to support the company’s early growth phase.
    • Represent the company at industry events and conferences, building the brand's credibility and presence.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Chief Revenue Officer, VP of Sales, or an equivalent leadership role in a fast-growing startup or tech company.
  • Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing sales teams and achieving exponential revenue growth.
  • Deep understanding of scaling startups, revenue generation models, and B2B sales strategies.
  • Strong track record in developing and executing effective go-to-market and revenue strategies.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with the startup ecosystem and a commitment to driving innovation.
  • Fluency in German and English (essential).
