Join us at Pulsar Expo & Torsus as a Technical Manager and lead our Research, Concept & Development and Design teams in Slovakia.

You will be driving vehicle innovation, ensuring technical excellence, and maintaining operational and regulatory standards across engineering and production.

Job Requirements

• University degree in technical or engineering sciences (Bachelor’s or Master’s – Level I/II).
• 5+ years of experience in a senior engineering or an RCD leadership role, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
• Strong background in vehicle design, homologation, and technical documentation.
• Experience with ERP systems and cross-departmental project management.
• Proven ability to lead and develop engineering teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Proficient in technical English (Czech or Slovak is a plus).
• Attendance in our Ilava office in Slovakia. Relocation packages are offered

Job Responsibilities

• Drive technical excellence through collaboration with production, aftersales, and compliance teams.
• Ensure regulatory compliance by aligning production with approved drawings and documentation.
• Maintain internal tools like Skill Matrices, Job Descriptions, and Adaptation Plans.
• Lead annual reviews, support team development, and motivate the design department.
• Proactively manage technical risks and resolve engineering issues.
• Keep ERP systems accurate with up-to-date project data and documentation.
• Protect intellectual property through proper records and policy adherence.
• Support budgeting and resource planning to meet company objectives.
• Stay ahead of industry trends in vehicle tech, materials, and homologation.
• Uphold a professional image aligned with TORSUS brand and values.
