Role And Responsibilities

1. Define and implement a scalable technical roadmap aligned with business priorities.
2. Build and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team; foster a culture of ownership, quality, and collaboration.
3. Design and evolve a modular, cloud-native architecture that integrates embedded systems, APIs, and data services.
4. Collaborate cross-functionally to turn product vision into reliable, maintainable software systems.
5. Lead the development of pipelines, analytics, and intelligent features powered by real-time and historical usage data.
6. Champion best practices across DevOps, security, testing, and delivery in a fast-moving environment.
7. Translate technical decisions into clear narratives for internal teams, investors, and partners.

Job Requirements

1. Proven experience as CTO, VP Engineering, or equivalent senior tech leadership role.
2. Expertise in modern cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), microservices, and distributed system design.
3. Strong background in leading software teams and building scalable, production-grade systems.
4. Familiarity with IoT systems, edge computing, or embedded integrations is a plus.
5. Fluent in agile development methodologies, with a hands-on mindset and startup execution speed.
6. Excellent communication and leadership skills; fluent in English (German is a plus).
