The company is looking for someone who has experience in managing community engagement and is well versed in the Chinese speaking social media space, using apps such as WeChat and Redbook. Key Responsibilities:

Location: Remote

Compensation: Flexible, €2,000–3,000 per month, depending on experience.
Bonus Mechanism: Referral / performance bonuses available (per active user recruited)
Languages required: Native level Mandarin and Fluent English

Essential Experience:

• Native or near-native Mandarin Chinese + strong English communication skills
• Experience with WeChat, Chinese community engagement, or diaspora outreach
• Ability to recruit and onboard Chinese workers (e.g. in Italy, France, Poland, Hungary, Serbia) into using digital financial apps
• Skills in community building, grassroots marketing, and referral/affiliate recruitment

Beneficial Experience:

• Previous experience managing Chinese diaspora associations, WeChat groups or ground level local outreach.
• Experience in marketing, recruitment, or fintech customer engagement
• Availability to start immediately or at short notice is highly desirable.
