    Hamburg University of Technology (TUHH), in collaboration with the Max Planck Institute for Meteorology, has established the DFG-funded Research Training Group “Climate-Informed Engineering”. We are seeking a CIE Officer to support the Graduate School’s spokesperson and the Research Training Group in implementing the project. The role involves coordinating communication among institutes, partners, researchers, and administration, as well as managing administrative, organizational, data protection, and quality standards.

    Your Tasks

    • Coordinate activities within the Graduate School, including events and travel
    • Contribute to curriculum development and documentation of teaching activities
    • Support data and quality management, and fund reconciliation
    • Manage the public profile of the Graduate School
    • Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
    Your Profile
    Requirements
    • Completed training or apprenticeship in an administrative or office-related profession, or equivalent vocational knowledge
    Knowledge and Skills
    • Excellent English skills (C1/C2 GeR) and good German skills (B2 GeR)
    • Proficiency in MS Office
    • Strong communication, organization, and coordination skills
    • Experience in research or academic administration is advantageous
