This Position reports to:

Key responsibilities

• Bring your expertise to the planning, management and implementation of demanding construction in an interdisciplinary environment; you will coordinate sustainable construction projects and optimize processes for maximum efficiency. With your focus on quality and safety you will ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations. • The work model for the role is : hybrid (#LI-Hybrid).
• You will be mainly accountable for:
• Preparation of construction and execution plans as well as expert opinions in interdisciplinary collaboration with architects, specialist planners, authorities and internal teams.
• Management of scheduling and cost planning for construction projects taking economic and sustainability aspects into account.
• Coordination and alignment with internal and external stakeholders including construction companies, suppliers and authorities.
• Inspection and selection of building materials and construction technologies with a focus on sustainability and increased efficiency.
• Monitoring of construction execution and ensuring compliance with regulations, standards and occupational safety standards.
• Conducting risk analyses and developing preventive measures to ensure compliance with environmental and occupational health and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Completed degree in civil engineering or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in project management and leadership
• In-depth knowledge of building regulations, standards and occupational safety standards as well as construction and environmental law in an industrial environment
• Confident use of CAD programs and project management tools for the efficient planning and management of construction projects
• Strong communication and negotiation skills for coordination with internal and external stakeholders and authorities
