Client Accountant

About the Role

As an accounting consultant, you will be responsible for your client portfolio together with your team. Alongside your colleagues in the areas of finance, law, and payroll/HR, you will act as the local expert for our clients, mainly handling accounting and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Day-to-day bookkeeping, invoice management, reconciliations, and preparation of VAT returns, including any Intrastat reporting and periodic summaries.
• Reporting, closing of accounts, preparation of annual reports on behalf of clients, and coordination with auditors.
• Ongoing communication and close collaboration with colleagues, advisors, auditors, and clients.
• Contributing to the growth of the business area by participating in commercial initiatives, internal projects, and development work.

You also have:

• Education/degree in business administration/accounting or equivalent.
• Fluency in both English and German, spoken and written.
• At least 2 years of professional experience.
