We are currently looking for an experienced Client Delivery Manager (m/w/d) to take on a critical role in our Client Delivery team for our German core banking solution. Ideally based in Munich or Frankfurt.
About The Team
The Client Delivery and Onboarding team is positioned within the Client Experience (CX) organisation and serves as a strategic enabler for client success. The mission is to lead and be accountable for all aspects of assigned change initiatives in the Kordoba business domain. The team delivers a wide range of business and technical change that may be focused on client implementations or internal information system-specific programs, involving development, enhancement and rollout of solutions, technology integration, data migration and/or infrastructure environment build-out.
Role Overview
As a Client Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of change and the change relationship into one or more assigned strategic clients. Alternatively, you may be asked to take a leading role in the onboarding of a new client into the Kordoba service ensuring that the requirements of the client and overall program of work are met. This is a leadership position, leading direct and matrix teams, guiding initiatives from concept through to delivery while fostering collaboration across global teams and stakeholders.
