Role: Client-Facing Project Manager & Client Success Manager

Type: Full-Time (1-Year Contract)

Location: Remote (Global)

Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday

Compensation: Starting at $1,500 USD per month

About the Role

We are looking for a highly professional and experienced Client-Facing Project Manager to act as the central hub for our client engagements. This is a critical, hybrid role that combines expert project management with proactive client success. You will be the voice of Ammo to our clients, responsible for ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience from kickoff to completion.

This role is for a solo individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is obsessed with communication, process, and delivering world-class results. Please note: We are hiring an individual for this role, not an agency.




What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

• Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, managing all daily communication via Slack and email with professionalism and speed.
• Liaise daily with our internal team of Top 1% designers and developers to ensure project requirements are clear and deadlines are met.
• Host daily standups with the team, and also help with LinkedIn prospecting for new clients.
• Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline our project delivery and client management processes.
• Manage project timelines using agile methodologies, ensuring all dependencies are tracked and projects are delivered on time and on budget.
• Maintain a rapid response time (5-30 minutes) in our client Slack channels during business hours.
• Assist with various administrative tasks around the business to support our growing operations.



What You'll Bring (Requirements)

• A proven background in web design or web design strategy is essential. You must be able to speak confidently with both clients and developers about the strategic and technical aspects of a project.
• Deep understanding of the nature of technical integrations and the software development lifecycle.
• Expert-level knowledge of Slack and modern project management software (e.g., Asana, Notion, ClickUp).
• Demonstrable experience with agile project management, including timeline management and handling dependencies.
• Impeccable, fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A highly professional demeanor and a commitment to providing an enterprise-grade client experience.
• A dedicated home office setup with a high-quality computer, camera, and microphone.
