We're Hiring: Client & Operations Assistant (Freelance, Part-Time) About Syntra We're a Company focused on building thoughtful Shopify experiences for modern eCommerce brands. Your Role: Client & Operations Assistant You’ll act as the right hand to our founder helping to: - Acknowledge and organize incoming client tasks - Communicate availability, timelines, and boundaries (e.g. task limits, scope) - Input and track tasks in our project management system (Notion/Trello/etc.) - Coordinate with our internal calendar to make sure nothing slips - Help protect creative time by handling common client updates and questions You’re a great fit if you : - Have experience working with creative or dev teams (bonus: Shopify/web agencies) - Know how to talk to clients with warmth and professionalism - Are comfortable managing scope, timelines, and client expectations - Love keeping task lists clean and things moving on time - Work proactively, communicate clearly, and don’t wait to be told what to do Details : - Freelance/part-time to start, can develop into Full-Time - Fully remote, async - Opportunity to grow with the Company (!)
