    Colt Technology Services is seeking a high performing Client Partner to join our EMEA Strategic Development team. Focused on the German and DACH region, this role is ideal for a relationship-driven enterprise sales leader with a passion for solving complex customer challenges and driving business growth through innovative technology solutions.

    What You’ll Do

    • Lead Strategic Engagements: Build and execute strategic account plans for high-potential enterprise clients, engaging early with CIOs, CISOs, and senior stakeholders to shape opportunities and drive Colt’s share of IT spend.
    • Own the Deal Cycle: Manage complex, multi-tower deals from origination to closure, including solution shaping, commercial strategy, and contract negotiation.
    • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Technical Client Partners, and global teams to deliver tailored, outcome-based solutions.
    • Innovate and Influence: Act as a trusted advisor and thought leader, running discovery workshops, crafting compelling value propositions, and influencing internal and external stakeholders.
    • Drive Growth: Identify and qualify new opportunities, lead virtual teams, and ensure Colt’s solutions align with client business goals across networking, cloud, and cybersecurity domains.

    What You Bring

    • Experience: 8+ years in enterprise sales, strategic deal pursuit, or consulting roles, with a proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals in the tech sector.
    • Expertise: Strong understanding of cloud, networking, cybersecurity, and enterprise IT landscapes. Familiarity with vendors like Cisco, Fortinet, Zscaler, and others is a plus.
    • Skills: Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management. Experience with MEDDIC or Shipley methodologies is highly desirable.
    • Mindset: Client-focused, proactive, and results-driven with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
    • Languages: Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
