VIP Assistant (Europe)

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated, professional, and detail-oriented individual to join Bybit’s Global VIP Team as a Client Engagement & VIP Support Assistant. In this role, you will work closely with our VIP Relationship Manager (EU), supporting high-net-worth individuals (HNWI) and institutional clients across Europe.

This is not a beginner role — we are looking for someone with 1–3 years of proven sales experience and a strong foundation in client-facing environments. You’ll help deliver premium client experiences while gaining unique exposure to the fast-moving crypto ecosystem.


What You’ll Do
• Support the VIP Relationship Manager (EU) in managing relationships with HNWI and institutional clients
• Accompany senior leaders to client meetings, exclusive events, and premium activations
• Help design and execute memorable VIP experiences that drive long-term engagement
• Coordinate strategic client interactions and high-level networking opportunities
• Gain first-hand exposure to the most dynamic side of the crypto industry


What We’re Looking For
• 1–3 years of proven sales or client-facing experience
• Residing in the Netherlands and able to commute to our Amsterdam office 2–3 times per week
• Fluent in English and Dutch (additional languages such as German, French, or Spanish are a big plus)
• Strong writing and communication skills — fluent, accurate, and professional in both speech and writing
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented with a client-first mindset
• Interest in crypto, financial markets, and high-end client service
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, multicultural environments
