About the Role
We are seeking a motivated, professional, and detail-oriented individual to join Bybit’s Global VIP Team as a Client Engagement & VIP Support Assistant. In this role, you will work closely with our VIP Relationship Manager (EU), supporting high-net-worth individuals (HNWI) and institutional clients across Europe.

This is not a beginner role — we are looking for someone with 1–3 years of proven sales experience and a strong foundation in client-facing environments. You’ll help deliver premium client experiences while gaining unique exposure to the fast-moving crypto ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

Support the VIP Relationship Manager (EU) in managing relationships with HNWI and institutional clients
Accompany senior leaders to client meetings, exclusive events, and premium activations
Help design and execute memorable VIP experiences that drive long-term engagement
Coordinate strategic client interactions and high-level networking opportunities
Gain first-hand exposure to the most dynamic side of the crypto industry

What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of proven sales or client-facing experience
Residing in the Netherlands and able to commute to our Amsterdam office 2–3 times per week
Fluent in English and Dutch (additional languages such as German, French, or Spanish are a big plus)
Strong writing and communication skills — fluent, accurate, and professional in both speech and writing
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented with a client-first mindset
Interest in crypto, financial markets, and high-end client service
Comfortable working in fast-paced, multicultural environments
