Key Skills & Requirements

• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure & M365 (min. 3 years)
• Expertise in cloud architecture (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, DevOps)
• Knowledge of hybrid cloud solutions and IT outsourcing environments
• Solid background in classic Microsoft technologies (Windows, Active Directory, SQL Server, Exchange, SharePoint, Remote Desktop)

• Technical certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified Security Administrator Associate)
• Excellent consulting skills with customer orientation and stakeholder management up to CxO level
• Strong analytical, conceptual thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent presentation, moderation, and negotiation skills
• Fluent German (must-have), English (advanced, nice-to-have)
• Willingness to travel (25–50%)
