As a cloud and colocation provider, we build secure infrastructure with server locations exclusively in Germany and Austria, offering an alternative to international cloud providers and supporting our customers with tailored solutions.

As a dedicated STACKITEER, you'll be part of the STACKIT Products division, developing, testing, and improving our products and services.

• Maintain our STACKIT MongoDB Flex databases
• Monitor databases, Kubernetes clusters, and operators in our cloud service
• Support support teams and customers with performance issues, troubleshooting, and error analysis
• Enhance existing monitoring and alerting systems
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams
• Hold an education in IT
• Have practical experience in MongoDB database administration
• Experience with monitoring tools like Grafana and Prometheus
• Speak German and English
• Ideally, have some initial experience with Kubernetes, operators, and version control systems
