Cloud Engineer

Manage, administer, support, and enhance cloud environments, ensuring continuous improvement and rapid problem resolution. Apply advanced consulting skills or extensive technical expertise, including full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work independently and mentor team members.

Basic Qualifications :

1. Experience designing and deploying scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant systems on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
2. Experience in DevOps, implementing and managing continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
3. Experience using tools, including Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.
4. Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for container management.
5. Knowledge of services offered by AWS, Azure, and GCP.
6. Ability to automate cloud operations using scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell.
7. Ability to maintain security standards and compliance with industry regulations in the cloud environment.
8. TS / SCI clearance.
9. HS diploma or GED with 11+ years of experience, Associate's degree with 7+ years, or Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience in cloud engineering.

Additional Qualifications :

1. Knowledge of cloud security principles.
2. Portfolio of relevant cloud projects or contributions to open-source projects.
3. Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
4. Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
5. AWS Certified Solutions Architect, MS Azure Associate, or Cloud Security Knowledge Certification.

Clearance :

Applicants must undergo a security investigation and meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS / SCI clearance is required.
