About your workplace

Are Cloud, DevOps, and Infrastructure as Code more than just buzzwords to you? Then, as a Cloud Engineer (m/w/d) in the IT Data Science team, you will actively contribute to the development and operation of our central data and AI platform. Our global IT team drives digitalization, manages international projects, provides strategic consulting, develops modern applications, and oversees central IT services. You will work at the intersection of business and technology within an open, innovative Data Community.

Responsibilities

• Work on our central cloud platform for data-driven projects, including GenAI, at Miele
• Automate Azure infrastructure deployment, ensuring stable operations
• Shape our Agentic Infrastructure proactively
• Support business units in developing on the platform and develop DevOps concepts with them
• Integrate new solutions seamlessly into the existing Miele IT landscape

Qualifications

• Completed studies in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
• Proficiency in automating deployments via CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitLab)
• Extensive experience with Azure Cloud services, especially in network architecture and Identity & Access Management
• Infrastructure-as-Code with Terraform and programming skills in PowerShell or Python
• Self-initiative and excellent German and English skills
