We are seeking an experienced Akamai Consultant with a strong background in managing cloud-based security solutions and configurations.
The role focuses on supporting and maintaining secure environments through Akamai technologies, helping clients align with cybersecurity standards and operational requirements.
100% Remote possible.
The Volume is 30 hours in total.
Projektbeschreibung

• Oversee the administration and continuous improvement of Akamai security configurations across various business units.
• Support regular updates of key network and security elements, including firewall rules and access control settings.
• Contribute to the registration and management of subdomain structures within Akamai.
• Monitor and maintain alerting systems to detect and respond to security incidents efficiently.
• Manage user access and account controls within the Akamai Control Center (ACC).
• Assist in the coordination and execution of periodic security assessments and audits related to Akamai implementations.
• Implement ad-hoc security settings and configuration changes based on client-specific requests.
• Participate in recurring client meetings, contributing to status updates, documentation, and task tracking in collaboration tools.
• Maintain close collaboration with Akamai representatives, including participation in briefings and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Advise clients on best practices and propose strategic improvements in cloud security based on evolving needs and emerging technologies.
