Commercial Business Partner (f / m / d)

What you’ll do

As a member of the German Commercial Cloud team within SAP’s Global Commercial Finance department, you will get the opportunity to bring out the best in you in providing commercial support to contribute to SAP's success. In this role, you will be closely collaborating with several stakeholders across the regions such as Sales, Legal, Revenue Recognition, and Global Commercial Finance Center of Expertise.

The key aspects and responsibilities of your role will be :

• Supporting Sales in shaping deals for SAP's customers and coordinate activities across multi-functional teams from a deal’s quote to its closing.
• Reviewing and approving deals while ensuring compliance and completeness of quotes.
• Preparing contractual documents from templates as well as drafting legal language for deal specifics.
• Guiding and advising our internal stakeholders, especially the Sales team, on approvals, policies, and contracting requirements.
• Playing an active role to drive automation, standardization, and process improvements.

• University Degree, preferably in Business or Economics, is advantageous.
• Language skills in German (C1 required) and English (B2).
• Excellent command of MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).

The Global Commercial Finance Germany team currently comprises two Cloud teams and one On-Premise / Private Cloud team. We are open-minded people and have created a great atmosphere to work in, with most colleagues located in Walldorf and Berlin. Collaboration, good communication and willingness to help each other out are top priorities.
