Position Overview

The Commercial Execution Lead Advanced Wound Care, Europe is responsible for strategy and planning to align business operations with the company's mission and goals. This individual researches and analyzes industry and competitive trends to identify emerging market opportunities and strategic areas of interest. The role identifies and prioritizes product and service improvement opportunities and creates plans for implementation. The Commercial Execution Lead Advanced Wound Care, Europe develops complex forecasting models, budgets, resource allocation and plans for projects and products, and utilizes comprehensive knowledge of company's internal operations to develop forward‑looking focus for business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective commercial strategies to drive growth and revenue generation across European markets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead the successful execution of commercial strategies in Advanced Wound Care Europe.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor behaviour, and consumer insights to identify and recommend business opportunities in different sales channels and geographies.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of commercial initiatives, making necessary adjustments when needed.
  • Proactively engage local, regional and global stakeholders to support AWC European Leadership Team in successful development of new business opportunities for current and new AWC brands.
  • Identify potential risks and challenges in the execution of commercial strategies and develop mitigation plans.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new market segments and target customers.
  • Analyze and optimize commercial budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Communicate and report on the progress and results of commercial initiatives to stakeholders.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful commercial strategies.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial strategy execution, business development, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in market research and analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data and market insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and various levels of stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Planning and very good work organization.
  • Very good command of English and other European languages in speech and writing.

Qualifications / Education

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

This is a hybrid role and can be based in Germany, UK, France, Spain, Italy, Poland or other European country. This position will require travel up to 30% of the time. REMOTE
