• You will work in a modern show kitchen with a direct view of the restaurant in a new kitchen team with flat hierarchies.
• You constantly optimise the work processes in the assigned positions.
• You ensure professional product storage and cold store control.
• You process and prepare the food at the stations.
• You enjoy finding out about new trends on the market and actively incorporating them into the planning, recipe, and development of new dishes.
