• Preparation and plating of cold and hot dishes in our restaurant
• Training and supervising trainees
• Creative implementation of dishes

Qualifications

• Completed culinary training
• Quality and cost awareness
• Positive attitude and reliability
• Compliance with highest hygienic standards (HACCP)
• Willingness to learn and improve
