Your key responsibilities include:
**Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms**
with first class service
**Set up and present orders**
according to our standards
**Support the mise-en-place preparation**
for room service
**Communicate professionally and kindly with our international guests**
**Assist with special requests**
and forward concerns to the appropriate colleagues
**Collaborate with kitchen and housekeeping**
to ensure smooth operations
**Be able.**
Ideally, youu2019ve gained first experience in service or room service u2013 career changers are welcome
Youu2019re motivated, reliable, and enjoy working in a team
You have an eye for detail and a strong service mindset
You speak German or English u2013 additional languages are a plus
