The Opportunity

As a BESS Commissioning & Technical Support Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery and performance of BESS projects.
You’ll take ownership of commissioning activities, provide technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle, and act as a trusted partner to clients and stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically minded engineer who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and working across diverse renewable energy projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and perform commissioning activities for BESS projects, ensuring all systems meet performance and safety requirements.
• Provide technical support to clients and project stakeholders during and after project delivery.
• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and validation to ensure operational reliability.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve technical issues.
• Prepare and maintain commissioning plans, test documentation, and technical reports.
• Deliver training to clients and end-users on operation and maintenance best practices.
• Contribute to process improvements by capturing lessons learned and supporting knowledge sharing.

About You

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
Proven experience in commissioning and technical support within the energy storage, renewables, or power systems industry.
Strong understanding of BESS components, control systems, and safety standards.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Confident working both independently and within cross-functional teams.
Willingness to travel frequently across Turkey and to other project sites within Europe.
Fluent in English; knowledge of Turkish is a plus.
