What You Will Be Doing

• Trading systems transformations: implementation, upgrades and system selections for market leading trading organisations, including new and innovative products.
• Business restructuring: designing and implementing operating models for complex global organisations that cover the full trading and commodity lifecycle.
• Digital transformation: development and delivery of digital trading consulting capabilities and offerings including data driven trading.
• Risk advisory: helping organisations strengthen risk management frameworks, analyse and design risk mitigation strategies, improve governance and reporting, and implement best-practice risk management solutions.

Your Skills And Experience

• Clear knowledge in one or more areas of commodity and/or energy trading markets, ideally gained through a consulting firm or industry player.
• Ability to take ownership and deliver results in challenging, client-facing environments.
• Depending on level of experience and specialism, skills may include:
• Project/Programme Manager and/or Agile delivery skills.
• Business analysis skills and/or strong analytical skills.
• Data strategy, architecture, and management skills.
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Fluency in German in addition to English (essential).
