For our client, a famous company in the semiconductor sector, we are looking for a Global Change & Communications Expert (m/f/d) in Böblingen.
Job Description:
The Global Change & Communications Expert plays a pivotal role in leading, coordinating, and communicating organizational change initiatives on a global scale. This role is responsible for establishing and managing change processes, developing and executing communication strategies, and ensuring seamless implementation across diverse teams worldwide. The position requires a deep understanding of organizational development, change theory, and strategic alignment, as well as expertise in translating complex concepts into clear, compelling messages that drive business results.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement robust global change management and communication strategies to achieve organizational goals.
- Coordinate, and manage change management activities (e.g. stakeholder analysis, training, adoption tracking) and communications across various international business processes tailored to target audience with straightforward language.
- Collaborate with creative, technology, and cross-functional teams globally to align changes with the company\'s overarching strategy.
- Keep current with emerging change and communication trends, sharing best practices with the team.
- Assess potential resistance to change globally and create effective strategies to minimize it.
Participate in internal initiatives contributing to personal or organizational growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in leading and implementing global change management and communications initiatives.
- 3-5+ years of employee communications experience and/or 3-5+ years in a change management role with a global perspective.
- Strong project management, and administrative skills.
- Strong ability to translate complex ideas into everyday language.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work seamlessly across diverse global teams.
- Experience managing various corporate communications channels, including intranets and social media.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex issues on an international scale.
- Skills in creating videos and digital pages are required, and familiarity with digital storytelling, design, technology, and social media.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong working relationships.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize multiple tasks in an international context.
- Fearless embrace of technology and adaptation to new digital platforms for effective internal communication.
Additional Skills Preferred (but not required):
- Bachelor\'s degree in communications, public relations, or a related field.
