Almato AG, a leading player in digital transformation, seeks an experienced corporate communications professional to drive content, community and strategic communication for B2B‑tech audiences. The role is based in Stuttgart or hybrid.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and evolve our Social Media strategy – focus on LinkedIn.
  • Build an active community, foster engagement and position Almato as a thought leader in B2B‑tech.
  • Plan, create and analyse content formats for reach and relevance.
  • Conceive, produce and publish content for social media, website, newsletter and events – text, visuals and short videos.
  • Translate complex topics into clear, engaging messages for target audiences.
  • Ensure a consistent brand voice across all touchpoints.
  • Support presentations, webinars, keynotes and internal communication with compelling storylines.
  • Develop success stories for key media channels, podcasts and platforms.
  • Manage communication projects from concept to execution, keeping timelines, budgets and resources in check.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales and product teams to align messaging.

Qualifications

  • Several years of experience in B2B or SaaS marketing communications.
  • Strong writing and communication skills in German and English.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign).
  • Experience in performance analysis and data‑driven campaign management.
  • Self‑stated, structured work style with excellent time management.
  • Hands‑on mindset – strategic thinking and operational execution.
  • Bonus: experience in PR and media relations.
