Company Description

Black Sisters Dining Germany is a community collective focused on connecting and empowering Black POC females in Germany. With approximately 300 members aged between 20 and 35, our community offers various gatherings and subgroups to promote connections and growth. Our founder, Kimberly, aims to create a platform where future generations can feel represented and belong within the Black community.

Role Description

This is a volunteer remote role for a Community Manager Bayern at Black Sisters Dining Germany. The Community Manager will be responsible for organizing online and offline meetups, networking events, and activities to empower and support the community on a daily basis.

• Event planning, networking, and community engagement skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organization and leadership abilities
• Passion for promoting diversity, inclusion, and empowerment
• Knowledge of German language and culture is a plus
